A Solid Hotel Experience

The hotel location is convenient, near many attractions. The reception staff was very helpful. The cleaning service impressed me with its daily room decorations. It included flower arrangements.
The hotel does not front the beach. You must cross a busy road to get there. Cutlery at the main dining area was often missing. I had to ask for it. The bar staff seemed to prioritize guests who tipped more often.

the waterpark access was a main reason i booked. only five slides were open. one slide injured my son's back, this worried me.

Mr. Abdel Azeem at the concierge was invaluable! He was always ready to assist with kindness! I loved the reception staff! They were professional and friendly! My suite had a beautiful pool view, a comfortable bed, and two full bathrooms.
The gym only had a few machines.

The beach team made my stay extra special! Supervisor Wagih Mahmoud and lifeguards Ahmed Subhi and Ahmed Ibrahim were so helpful! Ahmed Subhi personally helped my husband into the sea.

the main pool was beautiful and the animation team organized activities during the day and evening entertainment.
I booked a week but left after one night. It was the best decision. we arrived around 7pm after a long day. There was no welcome drink. the room was dated and the bath had rusty stains. dinner was difficult. I struggled to find a table and cutlery. the food choices were limited.

The reception team was helpful. Bahaa, mina, ahmed, and ramy were quick to assist. said from the restaurant, ziad, and reda from the lobby bar helped arrange tables. alaa and moustafa at the main swimming pool watched over children in the heat.
the beach is across a busy road, not ideal for families. the canteen lacked cutlery, requiring guests to search for it. i found that staff favored guests who tipped more.

The reception staff was professional. My Beautiful Queen or Twin Room Pool View featured comfortable beds. It also had two full bathrooms. One had a walk-in shower and the other included a bathtub. The room was very clean.
The beach is across a busy main road. There are no pedestrian crossings. This made access difficult.
